On Monday I ate:
scrambled eggs, a peach and some strawberries
ahamburger patty w/a slice of cheese and half of a small tomato
a couple of slices of pork tenderloin (cooked on the grill, yummy!!) broccoli and grilled yellow squash
an apple for a snack
On Tuesday I ate:
a sausage patty and scrambled eggs
a peach
grilled steak and a little bit of boiled potatoes with oregano and olive oil
1/2 beer - it was a very stressful evening!
I haven't had any alcohol in a month at least! Just haven't had any desire for it....
