Today's menu:
sausage patty, small tomato wedges, plum
a spinach salad (see photo below)
2 pork ribs, green beans, grilled yellow squash and zucchini
celery and radishes and dip made with a couple of spoonfuls of Fage Yogurt, a few sprinkles of Penzey's Granulated Onion.
Spinach Salad
a couple of handfuls of spinach
grape tomatoes sliced in half
leftover broccoli from the night before
a few blackberries and dried cranberries
a chopped walnut
Yummy!!
