What I ate today:
I didn't get to eat breakfast. Had to run to the post office and help my husband with a few things at the shop.
Lunch was a huge salad with a few cherry tomatoes, peppers and onions fried with some hamburger and a bit of taco seasoning, a dollop of greek yogurt and sprinkle of cheddar cheese
Dinner was a grilled chicken breast and some vegetables (mushrooms, carrots, yellow squash and onions)
